Before starting this course, I was overwhelmed by anxiety, constantly feeling pressured to get things done. The weight of that anxiety around my tasks was always present. After the course, that anxiety completely disappeared—it was like the pressure just lifted. I also experienced profound healing, clearing trauma not only from my own life but from my lineage as well. We worked on releasing the trauma of unexpressed gifts, family belief systems, and the burden of past abuse. It was a deep clearing of emotional and ancestral wounds, and through forgiveness, I found healing and peace.

The biggest shift I noticed was in my work environment. I was able to remain grounded and present with my patients, without being clouded by the emotional baggage I’d been carrying. I used to experience debilitating headaches and migraines, but after clearing a massive psychic block from my thoracic spine, I could breathe freely and move without restriction. For the first time, I felt clear and unburdened, able to see everything clearly. If you’re thinking about doing this course, I would definitely recommend it—but you must be ready to make changes.

You have to be committed to taking action, being open to the hard truths, and willing to transform the beliefs and blockages that have been holding you back.
